Cratima is a web design and software development company. Since 1999, it has managed projects, for both the Romanian market, and the International one. Web site: www.cratima.com
Until May 2006 I was in charge with Customer Care (mainly offering support via email and chat).
Now I am a SEO specialist. I manage AdWords advertising campaigns, do Internet research, promote Cratima on external discussion forums, create press releases, and manage two blogs and two forums. Other tasks include posting announcements on discussion groups, adding Cratima's web sites into web directories.

The temporary job for the large volume of operations of Sodexho PASS in November-December was Customer Care Specialist. The responsibilities varied: to offer information for clients and to add orders received via phone, to create folders for the various Sodexho PASS services, to send documents via fax.
